Drawing & BOQ review
Bring the drawings, quantities and programme. We discuss buildability, material specifications and interfaces before mobilisation.

First-fix & infrastructure
Distribution pipework, risers, storage, pumps and external drainage coordinated with the structure and other trades.

Second-fix & commissioning
Fittings, pressure tests, flushing, snagging and handover requirements agreed as part of the scope.

Coordination & handover
Agree site meetings, variation approvals, inspection records, as-built information and O&M notes needed for your project.
Scope and commercial arrangements
Discuss labour-only or supply-and-install requirements, the quotation breakdown, payment stages and invoicing needs during the review. The written proposal confirms what ASAP can provide for your scope.
We agree interfaces with structural, architectural, electrical and tiling teams. Variations need approval before work outside the agreed scope starts.
Procurement, safety and quality
Tell us which registration, tax/VAT, SSNIT, insurance, references and policies your procurement process requires. Request the current documents for review before appointment.
Specify required method statements, toolbox talks, PPE and inspection/test records in the enquiry so availability and responsibilities can be confirmed. Project photography is used only within an agreed documentation scope.
