Keep your facility running — before things break.
Small faults become high water bills, damaged finishes and costly downtime. Planned maintenance finds them early—before they disrupt your facility.
Facilities we maintain
Different buildings fail in different places. The plan is shaped around yours.
Offices & corporate facilities
Washrooms, kitchens, water storage and pumping kept reliable for staff and visitors.
Clinics & medical practices
Hygiene-critical plumbing with visits scheduled around patient hours.
Apartment blocks & estates
Shared risers, tanks, pumps and drainage for property and estate managers.
Schools, churches & institutions
Multi-user sanitary blocks and water systems maintained on term or programme calendars.
Factories, warehouses & showrooms
Process-adjacent water, drainage and welfare facilities kept out of the way of operations.
Developers & construction partners
Maintenance during and after the defects-liability period, including completed-building handover support.
Three steps to a plan
Request an assessment
Call, WhatsApp, or use the form. Tell us about the facility — size, what is installed, what keeps going wrong.
We inspect and report
We inspect the system and record the findings clearly. Where a photo would help the report, we ask permission first.
You get a tailored plan
A maintenance proposal matched to the facility — visit frequency, scope, response commitments — with no obligation.
Choose the level of cover
Every plan is priced after the assessment, against the actual facility. These are the shapes plans usually take.
Visit frequency and included labour, consumables, call-outs and replacement parts are agreed in the written proposal. Items outside that scope are quoted separately.
- Scheduled inspection of plumbing, drainage, tanks and pumps
- Minor adjustments and consumables on the day
- Clear visit report; photos only where useful and approved
- Priority scheduling for call-outs
- Everything in Essential
- Drain and gutter cleaning on a fixed cycle
- Tank cleaning and pump checks
- Named contact and agreed response window
- Everything in Standard
- Faster response commitment
- Parts stock-holding for critical fittings
- Annual condition report for budgeting
Pricing is quoted per facility after the assessment; there is no obligation at any stage.

Questions facility managers ask
What kinds of facilities do you maintain?
We maintain offices, clinics and medical practices, apartment buildings and estates, schools, churches and institutions, factories, warehouses, retail and hospitality facilities. We also support newly completed developments during and after the defects-liability period. Routine service is centred on Greater Accra; multi-site, institutional and project contracts can be delivered across Ghana, subject to scope and mobilisation.
What does the assessment cost?
Free maintenance assessment for eligible offices, clinics, schools, apartment blocks, estates, industrial sites and other managed facilities. We confirm eligibility and scope by phone before arranging the visit.
Do you also handle urgent problems for maintenance clients?
Yes. Urgent call-outs are a core service, and maintenance clients get priority response with a team that already knows the building.
Can the plan cover several buildings?
Yes. Estate and property managers can put multiple sites under one plan with a single monthly report.
What happens if you find a bigger problem during a visit?
We explain the issue, show you the affected area and set out the options. Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only after your approval. We take photographs only with permission.
