How we work

Clear process, agreed prices, tested work.

The same seven steps on every job, from a dripping tap to a full building installation. It is how we keep quality consistent across several teams and sites at once.

Our process

Seven steps, every job

  1. Initial contact & site visit

We understand the need, inspect the existing system and capture requirements — by phone, WhatsApp photos or on site.

  2. Technical assessment & proposal

A practical solution, bill of quantities and itemised quotation. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.

  3. Planning & scheduling

Timelines, team allocation and access arrangements agreed around your household or operations.

  4. Execution

A qualified team on site, supervised by an experienced lead technician, working safely and tidily.

  5. Testing & commissioning

Leaks, pressure, function and safety checked — with you present where possible.

  6. Handover & documentation

The system explained, isolation points shown, and documentation shared.

  7. After-sales support

Adjustments, maintenance and future upgrades — and a return visit if something related to our work is not right.

Questions

Prices, payment and how the work is done

Do you give estimates before starting work?

Yes. After we assess the job — by phone, WhatsApp photos or a site visit — we explain what needs doing and agree the cost before any work begins.

Is the assessment free?

Phone and WhatsApp assessments are free. For site visits we tell you in advance whether a call-out charge applies and it is deducted from the job if you go ahead.

How can I pay?

Mobile Money to our business line, bank transfer, or cash against a receipt. Larger projects are invoiced against agreed stages.

Do your prices include VAT?

Where VAT and levies apply they are shown separately on the invoice, so the quotation and the invoice match line for line.

Who buys the materials?

Either works. We can supply materials as itemised lines on the quotation, or you buy them yourself to our specification. Materials are agreed before purchase.

Who will actually come to my property?

One of our field teams, led by a technical supervisor. Team members are ASAP Plumbing staff, identifiable and accountable to the company — not casual labour.

Do you tidy up afterwards?

Yes. Leaving the area clean and testing the work with you present is part of every job.

What if something goes wrong after you leave?

Contact us. If it relates to the work we did, we come back and put it right. We are a registered company with an office you can find — that is the point.

Can you work with my builder, tiler or electrician?

Yes — that is the normal arrangement on renovations and new builds. We coordinate first-fix and second-fix around their programme.
