Getting help
How do I contact ASAP Plumbing?
Call +233 556 067 215, message the same number on WhatsApp, or send a service request from the contact page. WhatsApp with a photo of the problem is usually fastest.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Ashaley Botwe and work across Greater Accra — Adenta, Madina, East Legon, Airport Residential, Labone, Osu, Spintex, Tema and more. For institutional and project work we also mobilise to other regions.
How quickly can a plumber come out?
It depends on the day’s schedule and where you are. Contact us with your location and the problem and we give you an honest arrival window rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Do you work at weekends or after hours?
Our registered hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. For after-hours problems, message us on WhatsApp with your location; we respond as early as we can.
Prices and payment
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Yes. After we assess the job — by phone, WhatsApp photos or a site visit — we explain what needs doing and agree the cost before any work begins.
Is the assessment free?
Phone and WhatsApp assessments are free. For site visits we tell you in advance whether a call-out charge applies and it is deducted from the job if you go ahead.
How can I pay?
Mobile Money to our business line, bank transfer, or cash against a receipt. Larger projects are invoiced against agreed stages.
Do your prices include VAT?
Where VAT and levies apply they are shown separately on the invoice, so the quotation and the invoice match line for line.
Who buys the materials?
Either works. We can supply materials as itemised lines on the quotation, or you buy them yourself to our specification. Materials are agreed before purchase.
How the work is done
Who will actually come to my property?
One of our field teams, led by a technical supervisor. Team members are ASAP Plumbing staff, identifiable and accountable to the company — not casual labour.
Do you tidy up afterwards?
Yes. Leaving the area clean and testing the work with you present is part of every job.
What if something goes wrong after you leave?
Contact us. If it relates to the work we did, we come back and put it right. We are a registered company with an office you can find — that is the point.
Can you work with my builder, tiler or electrician?
Yes — that is the normal arrangement on renovations and new builds. We coordinate first-fix and second-fix around their programme.
For businesses and institutions
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We provide planned maintenance for offices, clinics, apartment blocks, schools and institutions. Eligible managed facilities can request a free maintenance assessment; we confirm scope by phone; you receive a written proposal with no obligation.
Can you provide documentation for our records or donors?
Yes: itemised quotations, progress photographs within an agreed documentation scope, visit reports and handover documentation in the format you need.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. ASAP Plumbing & Civil Works Ltd is a registered Ghanaian company, operating since 2017, with a physical office at 3 Eben Nikoi Kotei Avenue, Ashaley Botwe, Accra.
Do you handle civil works as well as plumbing?
Yes — the civil works that serve water and drainage systems: trenching, inspection chambers, external drainage, soakaways, and bases for tanks and pumps.
