New-build plumbing installations in Accra
On a new build the plumbing is decided before the walls are closed. We plan the runs, install first-fix pipework at the right stage, coordinate with your builder, and return for second-fix, testing and commissioning — with documentation of what is behind the finishes.
Scope we cover
- Water supply design: risers, distribution, storage and pumping
- First-fix hot and cold pipework and waste runs before slabs and screeds
- Second-fix sanitary ware: WCs, basins, showers, urinals and kitchens
- Water heaters, tanks, booster pumps and filtration
- Pressure testing, flushing and commissioning
- As-built notes and handover to the owner or facility manager
How we handle it
Every project has a supervising lead on site and a clear bill of quantities. Materials are agreed with the client before purchase, concealed runs are tested before they are covered, and we hand over with a walk-through so the people who will live or work in the building know where the isolation valves are.
